Notes

  • Valtteri Bottas and Lance Stroll received five-place grid penalties for causing a collision in the previous race.
  • Lando Norris received a five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change.
  • Kimi Raikkonen was required to start from the pit lane after changes were made to his car under parc ferme conditions.
  • Sergio Perez wasn’t going to start the race after crashing on his way to the grid. However, a delayed race start gave Red Bull time to repair his car, and he was allowed to start the race from the pit lane.
