Notes

  • Oscar Larrauri did not start due to electrical issues on the formation lap.
  • Ayrton Senna was disqualified during the race for changing into the spare car after the first race start was aborted. Instead of completing another parade lap Senna started the second race start from the pit lane in the spare car. On the first parade lap Senna had been stuck in first gear.
