Notes
- Verstappen took pole position for the 2021 British Grand Prix by winning sprint qualifying.
- Valtteri Bottas won sprint qualifying at the 2021 Italian Grand Prix but was forced to start the race from the back of the grid for use of additional power unit elements. Therefore, Verstappen, who finished second in sprint qualifying, was promoted to pole position.
